Yesterday was full of musical excitement: An announcement of Coachella's line-up, Van Halen's new video, The Shins' song premiere and announcement for a new album, the reunion of At the Drive-In. What stoked me the most amongst all this was the new album release by Great Lake Swimmers.
Toronto folk rock outfit announced the release of a new album, New Wild Everywhere, via Nettwerk. It is set to be unleashed on April 3rd. I've been waiting for the new record since 2009's masterpiece, Last Channel. They welcomed a returning producer, Andy Magoffin again for the new record at Toronto's Revolution Recording, while making some changes in the recording process.
