CMW: Canadian Music Week announced 2011 bands

One of the biggest music festival in Toronto, Canadian Music Week just announced a batch of bands for the 2010 festival. It will run between March 9th-13th.

Mutemath: Armistice DVD/CD on Oct 12th

It is unfortunate that my beloved experimental, indie rock band, Mutemath have not come back to Toronto since the last year’s Virgin mobile music festival. Canadian fans that have been waiting for them in Northern Canada finally have a chance at a sneak-peak their mind-blowing performance: Mutemath is releasing their second live DVD/CD on October 12th. It includes performances from their Japanese tour and their North American tour.

Hollerado "Americanarama" Human 8 bit video

It is not only OK Go, who can be so creative with stop motion video. Manotick born indie rock band, Hollerado, introduced their second music video, "Americanarama" today and it is amazing!!! This video maybe be able to elevate  from one-hit wonder status.

Hollerado will be playing at the Horseshoe Tavern on October 16th. You may want to check out their live show - last time I saw them they put on a crazy set. Lots of fun to be had!!
